IMMEDIATE INCOME


Independent Representatives (IR’s) can earn three forms of Immediate Income: personal Customer Activation Bonuses (CAB), personal JAQX Start Double Cab (JSDC) and team JAQX Start Activation Bonuses (JSAB). JAQX pays personal customer bonuses when a Qualified IR refers a JAQX customer who activates his account. JAQX also pays Team Customer Bonuses when an Independent Representative helps their personally sponsored IR’s refer a JAQX customer who activates his account. Personal and Team Customer Bonuses are triggered every Friday on activated JAQX customers and paid one week later on the following Friday.


PERSONAL CUSTOMER BONUSES – (CAB/JSDC)


Independent Representatives can earn up to $50 per customer in personal customer bonuses by referring JAQX customers who activate their accounts. You can earn a personal Customer Activation Bonus (CAB) of $25 per customer when you personally refer JAQX customers. However, by referring three (3) JAQX customers within 30 days of your Start Date, JAQX will pay you on the 3rd activated customer and on all personally activated referred customers going forward, an additional $25 customer activation bonus, a JAQX Start Double Cab (JSDC). Your own JAQX Customer account may count towards this bonus. You will, however, still need to enroll at least one customer outside of your household to achieve your JSAB.


TEAM CUSTOMER BONUSES (JSAB)


Independent Representatives may earn a one-time team JAQX Start Activation Bonus (JSAB) of $100 by personally sponsoring a new Independent Representative who refers a total of three (3) customers within 30 days of that new IR’s start date. The $100 JSAB will not be paid until all three (3) customers are activated.


RECURRING MONTHLY REVENUE (RMR)


A unique aspect of the JAQX compensation program is a concept called Contractual Residual Income. You can build a Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) by marketing and referring JAQX customers who activate their accounts. You can also earn RMR from the customer accounts referred and activated by the IR’s in the first three levels of your team and to unlimited levels in your leadership organization. And, because these customers are under contract, you can have a stable revenue stream.


RMR is paid on the last Friday of the month following the month the customer’s payment is received by JAQX. You must meet both one- time and monthly qualification requirements to receive RMR. RMR qualifications are met once by leadership position obtained and monthly by personal activated customers on the Qualification Date. The Qualification Date is the last day of each month.

PERSONAL RMR


You can earn Personal RMR on referrals of your personal active customers by referring and maintaining 3 active JAQX customers. You will have to have at least one customer outside of your household to qualify for personal RMR.


TEAM LEVEL PAY RMR


You can earn RMR from the active JAQX customers referred by the IR’s in your organization to three (3) levels. Your team level pay RMR is based on your personal active customer count. You must be a Qualified Representative (QR) (have 3 active customers) to be eligible to earn RMR on your first level organization customers. You must be an Advanced Representative (AR) (have 5 active customers) to be eligible to earn RMR to three (3) levels in your organization. You must obtain and maintain a QR or AR rank to be eligible to earn RMR through your 1st or 3rd levels.


TEAM LEVEL PAY CAB


You can earn Personal CAB bonuses from the activated JAQX customers referred by the IR’s in your organization to three (3) levels. Your team level pay CAB is based on your personal active customer count.

You must be a Qualified Representative (QR) (have 3 active customers) to be eligible to earn CAB bonus’s on your first level activated customers. You must be an Advanced Representative (AR) (have 5 active customers) to be eligible to earn CAB bonus’s to three (3) levels in your organization. You must obtain and maintain a QR or AR rank to be eligible to earn CAB bonuses through your 1st or 3rd levels.


LEADERSHIP RMR/CAB


You can earn Leadership RMR and CAB’s on activated customers from JAQX customers of the customers referred by the IR’s in your Senior Director (SD), Executive Director (ED) and National Director (ND) Leadership Organizations to unlimited levels.


You earn Leadership RMR and CAB’s by meeting certain requirements and reaching any of the three leadership positions. At each leadership position, you can begin to build a new Leadership Organization and may earn Leadership RMR and CAB’s on referrals of activated customers in your new Leadership Organization.


Leadership RMR and CAB’s are paid when an IR in your Leadership Organization on any level refers a customer to JAQX that activates their account.


Leadership RMR is paid monthly. It is paid on the last Friday of the month following the month the customer’s payment is received by JAQX. Leadership CAB’s are paid weekly. They are triggered every Friday on activated JAQX customers and paid one week later on the following Friday.

GENERATION BONUSES


A Generation Bonus (GB) is paid monthly for each activated customer below any down-line Executive Director (ED) in your Executive Director leadership organization to an unlimited depth or until the next down-line Executive Director, or higher earned position, in that Executive Directors leadership organization.


A Generation Bonus is paid monthly for each activated customer below any down-line National Director (ND) in your National Director leadership organization to an unlimited depth or until the next down-line National Director in that National Directors leadership organization. A National Director may be eligible to receive the Executive Director generation bonus. In no case will the National Director receive more than one-generation bonus, and in all cases they will receive the highest available bonus for which they are eligible.

ELIGIBILITY GRACE


If you do not maintain eligibility for Customer Activation Bonuses and or Recurring Monthly Revenue for which you are qualified, a one- month grace period will apply. This grace month allows you to receive referral income and bonuses that you originally qualified for in the month immediately preceding the loss of eligibility.


If your active customer count shortage is made up by the addition of new customers during the grace month, you will receive your next commissions regardless of whether you loose additional customers during the grace period. This is called guaranteed grace.

Independent Representative (IR)

• Enrolled in the Monthly Business Support Package ($19.95), trained in JAQX Certified Training Program and issued an ID number


Qualified Representative (QR)

• Acquire and maintaing three (3) activated customers


Advanced Representative (AR)

• Acquire and maintain five (5) activated customers


Senior Director

• As an Advanced Represetative (AR)


• Acquire and maintain seven (7) activated customers, AND


• Five (5) sponsored IR’s with a pay rank of Advanced Representative or higher.


Executive Director
